| How do I order a T shirt? | ||
|
A To order a t shirt you can design your own I love T Shirt at the homepage, or pick a category and a print in the menu below. On the right you will immediately see a preview of your chosen print. B When you have chosen a print you can pick a color. You can chose a white t shirt, text will be in black, or a black t shirt, text will then be in white. On the right you will see a preview of your chosen color. C Choose the kind of shirt and size you prefer. Your choices are: Girly, Regular of Slim Fit. Exact measurements you will find further in this menu. Pick: ‘add to shoppingcart‘ to order and continue designing another shirt, click ‘Buy now‘ to finish designing and go to the register. |

| Is there a warranty on my order? | ||
|
For this product there will be the minimal legal warranty. Whenever something is wrong with the product after delivery we will ask you to return the product or to send clear digital photos of the defect. According to these action we will act on either replacing or returning the product. We take all complaints serious and will reply as quickly as possible. | What's the delivery time for orders? | ||
| All orders on We Love T-shirts are unique. Therefor we consider a deliverytime of 10 workdays for orders outside The Netherlands maximum from the moment your payment is received. For country's outside Europe the deliverytime is 15 workdays maximum from the moment your payment is recieved. On exceptance it is possible that a certain size and color is not in stock, when this is the case you will receive a notice. | ||

| All single orders are sent through TNT and are wrapped to fit in the mailbox, no need for personal acceptance of your product! The giftwrapped order is also designed to fit the mailbox. | ||

When you want to send the t shirt as a gift you can add a gift wrapping. This wrapping is designed for We Love T-Shirts and has an extra charge.

| How to send my order to an address that is different from the billing address? | ||
| You can have your product sent to a different address (for example when you are sending it as a gift). At the ordering page after entering your personal data you can choose to "Deliver on different address?". Fill in the data of the shipping address. | ||

| When your iDeal payment has been rejected for any reason it is possible to make a regular transfer. Here you will find our banking details for your transfer. Your shipment will be sent after receiving your payment. | ||

| You can use PayPal to pay with your creditcard. We only accept the cards that PayPal accepts (VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. In other cases pay via bank transfer. | ||

We offer set discounts for bulk orders, below you can find your discount rate: 5% discount when your order 5 or more same shirts 10% discount when you order 10 or more same shirts 15% discount when you order 15 or more same shirts 20% discount when you order 20 or more same shirts These discounts are per order, to be shipped to one shipping address. | Why do I pay shippingcosts per shirt | ||

We have 3 differrent prices for our shippingcosts, just to keep it simple. If you live in The Netherlands no shippingcosts will be added. If you live in Europe we add € 5,00 shipping costs to each shirt you order. If you live outside Europe we add € 10,00 shipping costs to each shirt you order. We add the shippingcosts to each shirt because we mostly send just one unique item. This way we keep it simple to our customers and for ourselves. If you order over 10 T-Shirts you'll get a discount because then we can send them in boxes instead of normal envelopes. |

| Can I return the product? | ||
|
Unfortunatlly it is not possible to return a bought product. We advise to allways double check your order before placement. |

| What is the maximum amount of digits per t shirt? | ||
| The maximum amount of digits per t shirt is 30. When more than 30 digits are used, the design will be too small to print. Only one line of text can be entered and no printing to the back of the t shirt. | ||

| What's the shirt quality like? | ||
| We offer only premium, high quality t shirts of the American Hanes brand. These t shirts are made to wear and wash over and over again. | ||

| What's the print quality like? And what is the laundry prescription | ||
|
The print is made of high quality foil print. The letters are pressed with a heat press onto the t shirt. The shirt is to be washed at up to 40 degrees centigrade. You are not to iron the print as it can come off or melt. |

| What's the difference between a Regular, Slim Fit and a Girly? | ||
|
Regulars are the mainstream t shirts, it has a generous fit. Slim Fits are to fall small in size, it has a trendy fit, slightly shorter sleeves and is a tighter fitted model. Girly's are form fitting, tailored for women. |

| The preview lining is off, will this be the case on the actual t shirt? | ||
| It can happen that when using special digits the lining on the preview is off, the lining however on your t shirt will be adjusted to fit nicely. All designs will be hand lined before printing, the preview will only give you an indication of your design. | ||

After you have designed your own tshirt you can “send this model to your friends” at the bottom of the preview. This will link you to a page where you can enter your friends email addresses (these addresses will NOT be used in any other way!). After entering your own name and email you can personalize the message to your friends. Press ‘send’ to forward your design. |
